Steps
- Cast Quantum Misalignment by paying its mana cost, targeting a creature you control.
- Holding priority, cast Naru Meha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{U}{U} plus commander tax, if applicable.
- When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Quantum Misalignment, targeting Naru Meha.
- Resolve the copy of Quantum Misalignment, creating a token copy of Naru Meha that isn't legendary.
- Repeat from step 3.
