Steps
- Activate a basic Plains by tapping it, adding {W}.
- Activate Earthcraft by tapping Patrol Signaler, untapping the basic Plains.
- Activate the Plains by tapping it, adding {W}.
- Activate Patrol Signaler by paying {1}{W} and untapping it, creating a 1/1 Kithkin Soldier creature token.
- Activate Earthcraft by tapping the Kithkin Soldier, untapping the Plains.
- Repeat.
