Steps
- Cast any instant or sorcery spell by paying its mana cost.
- Holding priority, cast Reiterate by paying {1}{R}{R}, targeting the spell.
- Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying Reiterate at least once, targeting the original Reiterate.
- Resolve the first copy of Reiterate, copying Reiterate targeting the original Reiterate.
- Repeat step 4.
