Steps
- Activate Birds of Paradise by tapping it, adding {1}.
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying {1}.
- Valley Floodcaller triggers, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
- Repeat.
