- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Reveillark.
- When Reveillark dies, it triggers, returning Karmic Guide and up to one other creature with power 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Reveillark from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 2.
- Repeat.

The best window is a turn when opponents are tapped out or after they commit a spell — hold protection (a counter, Vexing Shusher) if the combo wins on the spot.
