Best Aggro decks in Modern

Fast creatures and direct damage to win before the opponent stabilizes.

Aggro decks aim to end the game quickly with cheap, efficient threats. They flood the board early and convert that pressure into damage before slower decks set up their defenses.

The core skill is sequencing: deploying threats in an order that plays around removal while keeping the clock fast. Reach (burn or evasion) closes games when the board stalls.

A high-powered, non-rotating format reaching back to the dawn of Magic's modern card frame in 2003.
