Steps
- During your upkeep, Stasis triggers.
- Holding priority, activate a nonland permanent by tapping it, adding at least {U}.
- Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay {U}.
- At the beginning of your endstep, Unstoppable Plan triggers, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
- While Stasis is on the battlefield, players will skip their untap steps.
