Prerequisites
An additional noncreature nonland card in hand. Every nonland card in library can be cast as a noncreature spell with valid targets. Enough mana available to cast the noncreature nonland card in hand.
Steps
- Cast any noncreature spell, paying its costs.
- Neera and Displacer Kitten trigger, as do any Storm abilities or other cast triggers of the spell.
- Resolve Displacer Kitten's ability, blinking Neera.
- Resolve Neera's ability, putting the spell you cast on the bottom of your library, revealing cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card, casting that card without paying its mana cost, and putting the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
- Repeat from step 2 any number of times, until you choose to resolve a spell in step 4.
- Resolve all cast triggers created in step 2.
