Steps
- Activate Grand Architect's first activated ability by paying {U}, making Pili-Pala blue until end of turn.
- Activate Grand Architect's last ability by tapping Pili-Pala, adding {C}{C} that can only be spent to cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts.
- Activate Pili-Pala by paying {2} and untapping it, generating {U}.
- Repeat from step 2 any number of times.
