Steps
- Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least {2}{U}.
- Activate Deadeye Navigator by paying {1}{U}, blinking it.
- Deadeye Navigator enters the battlefield, triggering its soulbond ability and Intruder Alarm.
- Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, pairing it with another creature.
- Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
- Repeat.
