- Murderous Redcap's persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
- When Murderous Redcap enters, it and Celes trigger.
- Resolve the Celes trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
- Resolve the Murderous Redcap trigger, dealing damage to itself equal to its power.
- Repeat from step 3.
