Prerequisites

Copy Enchantment on the battlefield as a copy of Smothering Tithe You have at least two opponents which are unable to pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.

Steps

Activate Faerie Mastermind by paying {3}{U}, causing each player to draw a card.
Smothering Tithe and Copy Enchantment trigger for each opponent you have, creating at least four Treasure tokens.
Activate four Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding {3}{U}.
Repeat.
