Prerequisites

Ghave has at least two +1/+1 counters on it.

Steps

Activate Ghave's first ability by paying {1} and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
Rosie triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Ghave.
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding {C}{C}.
Repeat.
Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Saproling tokens to Ashnod's Altar, and then use Ghave's second ability to put infinite +1/+1 counters on creatures you control.
