Steps

  1. Activate Slimefoot by paying {4}, creating a 1/1 Saproling and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Saproling and Squirrel, adding {C}{C}{C}{C}.
  3. The Saproling dies, triggering Slimefoot, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life.
  4. Repeat.
