Pemmin's Aura attached to Kelpie Guide. Kelpie Guide does not have summoning sickness. You control a permanent that can tap to produce at least {1}{U}.
Steps
- Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding at least {1}{U}.
- Activate Kelpie Guide's first ability by tapping it, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
- Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying {U}, untapping Kelpie Guide.
- Repeat.
