Prerequisites

You control up to five lands that can collectively tap to produce at least {3}{U}{U}. You have enough mana to pay for commander tax minus {1} if applicable.

Steps

  1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least {3}{U}{U}.
  2. Cast Peregrine Drake by paying {4}{U}.
  3. When Peregrine Drake enters, it triggers twice. Resolve the first trigger, untapping five lands.
  4. Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least {3}{U}{U}.
  5. Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping five lands.
  6. Cast Venser either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{U}{U} plus commander tax if applicable.
  7. When Venser enters, it triggers twice, returning it and Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
  8. Repeat.
