Steps

  1. Activate Zedruu by paying {U}{R}{W}, giving control of Notion Thief to the next opponent in turn order.
  2. During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card.
  3. Consecrated Sphinx triggers, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
  4. Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice.
  5. Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
  6. Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library.
  7. When the opponent loses the game, you regain control of Notion Thief.
  8. Activate Zedruu by paying {U}{R}{W}, giving control of Notion Thief to an opponent.
  9. Resolve a Consecreated Sphinx trigger, causing the opponent who controls Notion Thief to draw two cards.
  10. Repeat from step 4.
