Steps
- At the beginning of your end step, Unstoppable Plan triggers.
- Holding priority, activate any number of other nonland permanents by tapping them, adding at least {3}.
- Activate Strionic Resonator by paying {2} and tapping it, copying Unstoppable Plan's trigger.
- Resolve the copy of Unstoppable Plan's trigger, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
- Repeat from step 2.
