Heartless Hidetsugu does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
- Activate Heartless Hidetsugu by tapping it, dealing an amount of damage to each opponent equal to their life total, and dealing damage to you equal to half your life total, rounded down.
- Each opponent who had an even life total loses the game due to having 0 or less life. Each opponent who had an odd life total will have 1 life remaining.

The end result: Near-infinite damage to all players.
Practice the line offline: lay out the cards, walk through each step, and note where you can lose the combo (summoning sickness, lack of priority, removal on a key permanent). In game, announce each step clearly; in casual play you can offer to shortcut after demonstrating the loop.
