Steps

  1. Cast Seething Song by paying at most {1}{R}.
  2. If you have fewer than three experience counters, Mizzix triggers, causing you to get an experience counter.
  3. Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying at most {2}{R}{R}.
  4. If you have fewer than three experience counters, Mizzix triggers, causing you to get an experience counter.
  5. Resolve Reiterate, creating a copy of Seething Song and returning Reiterate to your hand.
  6. Resolve the Seething Song copy, adding {R}{R}{R}{R}{R}.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
