Prerequisites

You have a repeatable way to allow Kilo to tap.

Steps

  1. Tap Kilo by any method.
  2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
  3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying {U}, untapping Kilo.
  4. Repeat from step 1 one additional time. Then, repeat steps 1 and 2 one additional time.
  5. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
