Pemmin's Aura attached to Incubation Druid. Incubation Druid does not have summoning sickness. Incubation Druid has at least one +1/+1 counter on it. You control a land that can produce {U}.
Steps
- Activate Incubation Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding {U}{U}{U}.
- Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying {U}, untapping Incubation Druid.
- Repeat.

The best window is a turn when opponents are tapped out or after they commit a spell — hold protection (a counter, Vexing Shusher) if the combo wins on the spot.
