Steps

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Forsaken Miner, targeting any opponent.
  2. Pitiless Plunderer triggers when Forsaken Miner dies, and Forsaken Miner triggers when you commit the crime in step 1.
  3. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {B}.
  5. Resolve the Forsaken Miner trigger, causing you to pay {B} to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing the opponent to mill cards equal to Forsaken Miner's power.
  7. Repeat.
