Obeka, Splitter of Seconds + Descent into Avernus
Produces: Near-infinite Treasure tokens for all players, Near-infinite damage to all players

- Color identity
- UBR
Steps
- Deal combat damage using Obeka, triggering its ability, causing you to get that many additional upkeep steps after this one.
- Move to your first upkeep step.
- At the beginning of that step, Descent into Avernus triggers, putting two descent counters on it, then causing each player to create a Treasure token for each descent counter on it, and then dealing 1 damage to each player for each descent counter on it.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all remaining triggers.
How to execute this combo
The "Obeka, Splitter of Seconds + Descent into Avernus" combo takes 4 steps in order. Make sure you have the mana open and permanents listed in the prerequisites before you start — opponents can respond between steps.
The end result: Near-infinite Treasure tokens for all players, Near-infinite damage to all players.
Practice the line offline: lay out the cards, walk through each step, and note where you can lose the combo (summoning sickness, lack of priority, removal on a key permanent). In game, announce each step clearly; in casual play you can offer to shortcut after demonstrating the loop.
The best window is a turn when opponents are tapped out or after they commit a spell — hold protection (a counter, Vexing Shusher) if the combo wins on the spot.
