Steps

  1. Cast Earth Kingdom General by paying its mana cost
  2. When Earth Kingdom General enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
  3. Activate Sylvan Safekeeper by sacrificing Earth Kingdom General
  4. When Earth Kingdom General dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  5. When Earth Kingdom General enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
  6. Resolve the Sylvan Safekeeper ability.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
