You control at least one colored legendary creature or planeswalker. You control a nontoken permanent that can be cast using one mana that can be generated by Mox Amber.
Steps
- Cast Mox Amber by paying its mana cost.
- Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning a nontoken permanent from the battlefield to your hand.
- Activate Mox Amber by tapping it, adding one mana of any color among legendary creatures and planeswalkers you control.
- Cast the nontoken permanent returned in step 2 by paying its mana cost.
- Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Mox Amber from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
