Steps

  1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding {C}{C}{C}{C}{C}.
  2. Activate Voltaic Key by paying {1} and tapping it, targeting itself.
  3. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay {2} to copy Voltaic Key's ability, targeting Chromatic Orrery.
  4. Resolve both Voltaic Key abilities, untapping it and Chromatic Orrery.
  5. Repeat.
