Prerequisites
You control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least {4}{U}{U}{U}.
Steps
- Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least {4}{U}{U}{U}.
- Cast Phantasmal Image by paying {1}{U}, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Palinchron.
- Phantasmal Image enters the battlefield, untapping up to seven lands.
- Activate Phantasmal Image by paying {2}{U}{U}, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
