Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique.
  2. When Puppeteer Clique dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Puppeteer Clique enters, it triggers, allowing you to put a creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique.
  5. When Puppeteer Clique dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. When Puppeteer Clique enters, it triggers, allowing you to put a creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  7. Repeat.
