Krenko, Mob Boss does not have summoning sickness. You control at least two Goblins.

Steps

Activate Krenko by tapping it, creating at least two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens.
Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Goblin tokens, adding {C}{C}{C}{C}.
Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying {3}, untapping Krenko.
Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying {1}, untapping it.
Repeat.
