Steps
- Cast Astral Dragon by paying {6}{U}{U}.
- Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, targeting Machine God's Effigy.
- Use Machine God's Effigy's ability to have both tokens instead enter as noncreature artifact token copies of Astral Dragon with "{T}: Add {U}".
- Both Astral Dragon copies trigger.
- Repeat from step 2 any number of times, creating an additional Astral Dragon trigger on the stack each loop.
- Once you have infinite Astral Dragon triggers, resolve them all, creating infinite copies of all noncreature permanents that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.
- You may also target Machine God's Effigy any number of times to create infinite noncreature artifact copies of all creatures.

The best window is a turn when opponents are tapped out or after they commit a spell — hold protection (a counter, Vexing Shusher) if the combo wins on the spot.
