You control at least three lands.
Steps
- Activate Teferi, Temporal Archmage's second ability by removing a loyalty counter from it.
- In resopnse, activate Lithoform Engine's first ability by paying {2} and tapping it, copying Teferi's activated ability.
- Let the copied ability resolve, untapping three lands and Lithoform Engine.
- Activate those lands by tapping them, adding at least {3}.
- Repeat from step 2.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any permanents in step 3.

The best window is a turn when opponents are tapped out or after they commit a spell — hold protection (a counter, Vexing Shusher) if the combo wins on the spot.
