You control an additional creature.

Steps

  1. Activate Perilous Forays by paying {1} and sacrificing a creature, causing you to search your library for a land card with a basic land type and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
  2. When the land enters the battlefield Lotus Cobra and each Scute Swarm you control trigger.
  3. Resolve the Lotus Cobra trigger, adding {1}.
  4. Resolve the Scute Swarm trigger(s), creating that many creature tokens.
  5. Repeat.
