3. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents by tapping them, adding at least {2}.
4. Activate Kitsa's second ability by paying {2} and tapping it, copying Dramatic Reversal.
5. Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
6. Repeat from step 3.
