Timestream Navigator + The Temporal Anchor

Prerequisites

You have the city's blessing.

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, The Temporal Anchor's first ability triggers, causing you to scry 2, ensuring to put at least one card on the bottom of your library.
2. The Temporal Anchor's second ability triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Timestream Navigator by paying {2}{U}{U}, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Resolve the Temporal Anchor trigger from step 2, causing you to exile Timestream Navigator from the bottom of your library.
5. Cast Timestream Navigator from exile by paying {1}{U}.
6. Repeat each turn.
