Prerequisites
Elite Arcanist does not have summoning sickness.Nonland permanents you control can tap for at least {3}.
Steps
- Activate the nonland permanents by tapping them, adding at least {3}.
- Activate Elite Arcanist by paying {2} and tapping it, copying Dramatic Reversal and casting the copy.
- Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
- Repeat.
