Prerequisites

Lands you control excluding Primal Wellspring can tap to produce at least {2}{U}.

Steps

  1. Cast Turnabout by paying {2}{U}{U}.
  2. Holding priority, activate Primal Wellspring by tapping it, adding {U}.
  3. Cast Narset's Reversal by paying {U}{U}, targeting Turnabout.
  4. Primal Wellspring triggers, creating a copy of Narset's Reversal targeting the original Narset's Reversal.
  5. Resolve the copy of Narset's Reversal, copying the original Narset's Reversal targeting Turnabout, and returning the original Narset's Reversal to your hand.
  6. Resolve Narset's Reversal, creating a copy of Turnabout and returning the original Turnabout to your hand.
  7. Resolve Turnabout, untapping all lands you control.
  8. Activate Primal Wellspring and all mana producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least {2}{U}.
  9. Cast Turnabout by paying {2}{U}{U}.
  10. Primal Wellspring triggers, creating a copy of Turnabout.
  11. Resolve Turnabout, untapping all lands you control.
  12. Activate Primal Wellspring and all mana producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least {1}{U}{U}.
  13. Repeat from step 3.
