Prerequisites
Rousing Refrain in exile with three time counters on it. An opponent has at least seven cards in hand.
Steps
- Active Rift Elemental by paying {1}{R} and removing a time counter from Rousing Refrain.
- Repeat until Rousing Refrain has no time counters on it.
- Rousing Refrain triggers, causing you to cast it without paying its mana cost.
- Resolve Rousing Refrain, adding at least seven {R} and exiling Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it.
- Resolve all Rift Elemental abilities from step 1, giving Rift Elemental +2/+0 for each ability resolved.
- Repeat.
