Ioreth and Vizier of Tumbling Sands do not have summoning sickness. There is another legendary creature on the battlefield.
Steps
- If Vizier of Tumbling Sands is not your Ring-bearer, use the card that causes the Ring to tempt you to cause Vizier of Tumbling Sands to become your Ring-bearer, thus making it legendary.
- Activate Ioreth's second ability by tapping it, untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands and another legendary creature.
- Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, untapping Ioreth.
- Repeat from step 2.
