If desired, you have another instant or sorcery card in hand with mana to cast it.
Steps
- Cast any instant or sorcery spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
- Holding priority, cast Reiterate by paying {1}{R}{R}, targeting the spell.
- Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying Reiterate, targeting the original Reiterate.
- Resolve the copy of Reiterate, copying Reiterate targeting the original Reiterate.
- Repeat step 4.
