Steps
- Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, it enters tapped due to Orb of Dreams.
- Holding priority, activate Royal Assassin by tapping it, destroying the creature.
- The creature dies, triggering Royal Assassin, untapping Royal Assassin.
- Repeat.
