Prerequisites

You have at least one other instant or sorcery card in hand that can be cast this turn.

Steps

1. Cast any instant or sorcery spell by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Reiterate by paying {1}{R}{R}, targeting the spell.
3. Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying Reiterate at least once, targeting the original Reiterate.
4. Resolve the first copy of Reiterate, copying Reiterate targeting the original Reiterate.
5. Repeat step 4.
