Steps

  1. Activate the Spacecraft or Planet's station ability by tapping another creature with power 3 or greater, putting at least three charge counters on the Spacecraft or Planet.
  2. Activate Resourceful Defense by paying {4}{W}, moving at least three charge counters from the Spacecraft or Planet to Magistrate's Scepter.
  3. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  4. Repeat each turn.
