Prerequisites
Vedalken Engineer and Halo Fountain do not have summoning sickness.
Steps
- Activate Karn's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing Halo Fountain to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
- Activate Vedalken Engineer by tapping it, adding {W}{W} that can only be spent to cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts.
- Activate Halo Fountain's second ability by paying {W}{W}, tapping it and untapping Halo Fountain and Vedalken Engineer, causing you to draw a card.
- Repeat from step 2.
