You have a creature card in hand that can be cast using only colored mana. Selvala can tap to produce at least {1}{G}{G}{G} plus enough mana to cast the other creature card.
Steps
- Activate Selvala by paying {G} and tapping it, adding at least {1}{G}{G}{G} plus enough mana to cast a creature card from your hand.
- Cast a creature card by paying its mana cost.
- Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Selvala from the battlefield to your hand.
- Cast Selvala by paying {1}{G}{G}.
- Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning the creature cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
