Prerequisites
You control creatures that can produce at least {3}. Vizier of Tumbling Sands does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
- Activate creatures by tapping them, adding at least {3}.
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying {2} and tapping it, casting a copy of Vitalize.
- Resolve the copy of Vitalize, untapping all creatures you control.
- Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
- Repeat.
