- Activate The Chain Veil by paying {4} and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of all your planeswalkers' abilities until end of turn.
- Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing zero loyalty counters from it, untapping The Chain Veil and up to three permanents that can tap to produce at least {5}.
- Activate up to three permanents by tapping them, adding at least {5}.
- Repeat.
