Prerequisites
Quicksilver Elemental does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
- Activate Quicksilver Elemental twice by paying {U}{U}, causing it to gain the activated abilities of Smokebraider and Knacksaw Clique until end of turn.
- Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Smokebraider's ability by tapping it, adding {1}{U} that can only be spent to cast Elemental spells or to activate abilities of Elementals.
- Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Knacksaw Clique's ability by paying {1}{U} and untapping it, causing target opponent to exile the top card of their library.
- Repeat from step 2.
