Prerequisites
You control a land, artifact, or creature that can produce mana.
Steps
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying {2} and tapping it, casting a copy of Twiddle.
- Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying Twiddle for each other instant or sorcery you've cast before it this turn.
- Resolve a copy of Twiddle, untapping Isochron Scepter.
- If there is a remaining copy of Twiddle on the stack, resolve it, untapping a mana-producing land.
- Activate that land by tapping it, adding {1}.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 until there are no more copies of Twiddle.
- Repeat from step 1.
