Steps
- Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least {B}.
- Activate Necrotic Ooze using Asmodeus' first ability by paying {B}{B}{B}, causing you to draw seven cards.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the permanent tapped in step 1.
- Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least {B}.
- Repeat until you have at least {B}{B}{B} available.
- Repeat from step 2.
